Contact and property information: first and last name, email address, phone number, property address, repair condition, selling reason, selling timeline, and any additional details you provide.
RV park inquiries: property name, asking price, number of sites or pads, occupancy, current annual revenue or NOI, proposed seller-financing percentage, property details, rent roll, and recent P&L or T-12 documents.
SMS preferences: your optional choice to receive property-buying promotional text messages. We record that choice with the submission time, source page, disclosure version, and corresponding disclosure text. An unchecked or missing choice is recorded as no consent. Earlier records retain the program scope and wording originally presented; they are not automatically converted to this opt-in.
Technical request information: hosting and external content providers may process information needed to deliver pages, images, or videos, such as IP addresses and browser request information.

How We Use Information

To review property opportunities, assess possible offers or deal structures, and respond to inquiries.
To email the inquiry and supporting documents to our business contact and retain the associated SMS preference record.

SMS Communications

Our inquiry forms offer one optional SMS checkbox for recurring promotional messages about offers to buy the property you submit and related follow-ups. The checkbox is unchecked by default and requires your affirmative selection. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry alone does not enroll you. This choice does not also collect consent for separate informational or transactional SMS notifications, unrelated advertising, or software messaging services.

Messages are recurring and may be automated or use AI-assisted replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to submit an inquiry or obtain services, and promotional consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact francisco@investor1properties.com for messaging support or questions about your choices. Purchased leads, public-record information, and third-party referrals do not automatically provide SMS consent.

Mobile Numbers and SMS Consent Protection

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Data Retention

Submitted inquiry details and documents are delivered to our business email, and SMS preference records are retained separately. Retention can depend on the purpose of the information and applicable legal obligations. Inquiry submission: leave the SMS checkbox unchecked and still submit your inquiry.
